Our “Single Moms Gone W.I.L.D.” ministry is really all about “Walking In the Lord’s Direction!” This ministry group works through a Bible-based study called, “Hope and Help for Single Moms” led by Nancy Rodriguez. Nancy is a dedicated, single mom who has been mentoring and encouraging women for several years. She understands first-hand the special issues and obstacles that parenting alone can bring, especially for single women. Here you will experience fellowship and friendship, listening ears, and people who have walked the same road you are walking.
A new class cycle has started and meets Tuesday evenings @ 6:30 PM in Room 207. Dinner is available at 6:00 for $4/plate and childcare is free. We have nursery for children infants – 3 yrs. old and children’s classes for children 4 yrs. old – 5th grade. Junior high and High School students have their own classes as well. All of our adults working with minors have been trained and vetted through national background services and Ministry Safe Protection Training. Our desire is to serve and minister to single moms and for them, while here, to trust that their children will be well cared for by responsible adults in a safe environment. It is suggested participants contact Nancy before arriving to provide for study materials or in case location changes.
