We serve a creative God. Our response to His revelation should be creative as well. According to Psalm 150, if we have breath, we qualify as a worshiper of the Father. The Westminster Catechism states, “The chief end of man is to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever.” We can be confident that this is a human activity we do while on this earth that will also be something we do in Heaven and throughout eternity. We are commanded to “sing a new song to the Lord.” It is an overflow of our relationship with Him and the satisfaction that this relationship brings.
At Calvary, we are regular people who worship an extraordinary God. Everyone is welcome. Dress is not important to us. Some dress casually, some dress up, and some come straight from work in scrubs or uniforms. The important thing is to regularly come and fellowship with a body of believers. We invite you to join us on Sunday mornings to give back the first part of your week in worship to God.
