PRE-REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN: YOU MAY REGISTER YOUR CHILD IN PERSON ON SUNDAY AS WELL, JUNE 23. DOORS OPEN AT 5:30 PM. (ALTERNATIVELY, YOU MAY PICK UP REGISTRATION FORMS AT THE CHURCH PRIOR TO SUNDAY 6/23)
Any FREE child shirts will be given on a first come, first served basis.
Pick-Ups & Drop-Offs:
Your child will start and end each night during VBS at Worship Rally, which will be located in our church sanctuary. All of our kids and volunteers meet at Worship Rally for opening and closing activities.
Here are our processes below, for both Pick-Ups and Drop-Offs:
Our Drop-Off Process
Doors will open at 5:30 PM each evening. Please register and drop off your child at our VBS Registration Area, which will be located at the front entrance of the church building. A volunteer will walk your child to Worship Rally, to where their age/grade group is sitting during opening activities for the night.
Once you have initially registered, the next few nights just require a signature on your child’s class clipboard at the Registration Area for drop-offs.
Our Pick-Up Process
Parents can congregate at the Parent Hospitality area. This area is located at the southeast corner of our church auditorium. Large, visible signs, as well as our hospitality team members will point you to this area. At dismissal time, kids’ last names will be called alphabetically per family name. We require a signature from any individual that that has been listed on the approved pick-up section on your child’s registration form. Anyone who is not listed on this part of their form will not be permitted to sign out a child. Further details are explained as you arrive. This will ensure safety and order for dismissal. Parents and families are welcome to stay in the Hospitality area as long as they wish. We’d love to fellowship with you and get to know you. Plus, we have snacks!
If your child is being picked up early for any reason, please speak with the Registration team at the entrance, and they will have someone bring your child to you. Parents are asked to NOT search the building for their children without notification of someone staffing VBS. We have strict procedures in place for the safety and well-being of all of our children.
